Poetic Works

The site contains two full collections of poetry: The Voidman, and An Oriental Tapestry. In addition to this, the site will feature the following selections:

  • On the right margin, an occasional poetic thought will appear from a new collection called Abel's Confessions.

  • The poem of the Intro Page will be changed from time to time to feature some new and/or old isolated poem.

  • The Poem of the Month Section will highlight various old and new poems to reflect current concerns or reflections vis-à-vis certain personal or global developments.

Just as is the case with the Novels & Plays Section, each of the two full collections is preceded by an introduction, outlining the motives and circumstances involved in its making. Reviews of the work, if and when available, can be seen in the Reviews & Interviews Section.

Freedom

Have you really forgotten who I am, Brother? Have you really forgotten who I am, Brother?

I

lust

for

salvation,

 Brother,

as

though

it

were

a

woman,

and

I

 -

 a

man.
