Poem of the Month

This section features previously unpublished poems, mostly old ones dating from the period of 1994-98, an admittedly difficult period in my life. As such, most poems tend to be quite similar in ethos and style to those of The Voidman.

Current poems include:

Here on the Potomac (September 2004)
Poems to My Father (August 2004)
No Rewards (July 2004)
A Marginal Man (June 2004)
A Long History (May 2004)

Autophagia (April 2004)

Previous Selections:

* The Web (March, 1998)
* Definitions (March 1998)
* A Hymn (May, 1998)
* The Visit (May, 2001)
* Your Empire, Sir (September, 2002)

Freedom

Have you really forgotten who I am, Brother? Have you really forgotten who I am, Brother?

I

lust

for

salvation,

 Brother,

as

though

it

were

a

woman,

and

I

 -

 a

man.
